Exclusive Use means that you and your guests take over the entire property for a night, a weekend or even a few days! Whether it is a wedding celebration, 40th birthday weekend, family party, hen weekend or even a team building event, you would have Hilden House or Hilden Lodge all to yourselves for your very own private house party!

Both our luxurious B&B’s can accommodate around 25 guests and we offer very competitive rates for your Exclusive Use event in Cheltenham.  Even if you are a smaller group, please do contact us as we still may be able to offer you Hilden House or Hilden Lodge exclusively for a great price.

Your party can make full use of the fully licensed bar and our patio areas are perfect for summer afternoons or evenings.  The dining rooms at both our properties can be transformed to suit any occasion, be it a birthday party or wedding anniversary.

We can turn our hands to almost anything - buffets, bbq’s or simple canapés – whatever your party budget we can provide you with exclusive hire use of our Guesthouses in Cheltenham.

At Hilden Lodge we regularly serve evening meals (click below for further details) and by special arrangement we are happy to prepare evening meals at Hilden House as well.

Having exclusive use of our Cheltenham B&B’s means we are at your beck and call throughout your time with us.  We can happily arrange entertainment for you such as booking restaurants or luxurious treatments at the nearby Chapel Spa.
